In a bid to promote unity and accelerate the development of the Asaman community in the Sekyere South District of the Ashanti Region, the Adako Royal family has issued a heartfelt call for calm within the Agona Asamang Traditional Area.

Recognizing the paramount importance of peace in the region, the family emphasizes the need to address longstanding grievances and install a rightful leader as the Asaman chief.

He urged the Nsuta Manhene, Nana Asamoah Gyamfi, to engage in constructive dialogue and address all outstanding concerns, emphasizing the preservation of the institution of chieftaincy and the collective will of the people.

The focal point of the family’s appeal is the recommendation of Nana Baah Dankwa from the Adako Royal Family as the rightful candidate for the position of Asaman Chief.

Opanin Kwaku Sekyere Bediako called upon the Queen Mother of Asaman, Nana Adwoa Kyeiwaa Boadiwaa, to consider Nana Baah Dankwa for the role.

This strategic move, they believe, will not only bring about a resolution to the chieftaincy dispute but also contribute significantly to the overall development of Agona Asamang.
