Afigya Kwabre South NDC Inaugurates Communication Team.

The Afigya Kwabre South National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Sunday, 10 September inaugurated a 59-member Communication Team in the party’s bid to win power in Election 2024.

Mr. Joseph Yamin, the  National Organiser who performed the inaugural ceremony said the past NDC Government’s performance was very impressive.

He advised the communication team to be united and adopt effective strategies to enable the party win the December 2024 general elections.

He therefore reminder members of the enormous task ahead of the party and urged them to bury their differences and forge ahead in unity.

Meanwhile, the NDC Communication Officer for the Afigya Kwabre South Constituency, Solomon Adomako said, the inauguration forms part of efforts to beef up the party’s communication activities in the constituency ahead of the 2024 general elections.

According to him, the NDC has plans of bringing hope if voted into power.

Mr. Solomon Adomako, then advised members to intensify their house to house campaign for more votes.

Touching on developmental projects in the constituency, Mr. Adomako expressed worry over the progress of development in the constituency.

He indicated that issues such as lack of jobs for the youth in the constituency, poor sanitation, and poor road networks are among some of the challenges that have characterised the reign of the one main political party in the area.

“The people of Afigya Kwabre South must wake up if they want to see massive development in constituency. The NPP has done little to change the fortunes of the constituents.

All developmental projects in the Kwabre South was done by the NDC, talking of roads, health facilities in the rural communities and schools.

The former National Deputy Secretary of the NDC, Mr. Peter Boamah Otokunor, on issues of economic hardship said complacency is what has led to the current state of general suffering in the country, adding that the NPP government has disappointed the ordinary Ghanaian looking back at some of the things they promised.
