There Is Indeed Hardship In The Nation – Kofi Akpaloo

The founder of the Liberal Party of Ghana, Kofi Akpaloo has disclosed that, the situation of the worsening of the economy every day is creating more hardship for Ghanaians.

According to him, he shares in the plight of most Ghanaian workers earning monthly salaries which do not meet up to their spending as a result of the depreciation of the cedi in value and the relative inflation rate in the country.

He added that, the government should act fast as the poor state of the country’s economy keeps getting worse and unhealthy for the citizens.

He advised that, the government should raise $200 million dollars to invest in the agricultural sector especially in poultry farming to reduce the importation of goods.

 

Speaking on Kumasi Based Hello FM, He added that, this could gradually stabilize and boost the economy.
