The general Secretary of the ruling party NPP, Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua, JFK has said that,so far as he continue to hold position as general Secretary of the party no one will not protect from pending parliamentary primaries.
He said, the party will not repeat what happened during 2020 general elections where some parliamentary candidates were imposed on the party as unopposed candidate which he thinks is part of the causes that reduced the number of party representatives in parliament.
Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua was speaking to Newsmen during his official visit to Ashanti region.
He maintained that by the end of this month the national executives of the party will come out with guidelines and dates to conduct presidential and parliamentary primaries.
Responding to issues of reshuffle of ministers and government appointees, he said the executives of the party and the government will consider the call from Ghanaians on the performance of the minster and will do justice to when is due.
He used the opportunity to expressed gratitude to the party executives and members for their hard working towards the progress of the party by wishing them happy new year.
