Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak’s struggles to the 2023/24 betPawa Ghana Premier League season continued over the weekend with both teams failing to record a win.

The Porcupine Warriors suffered yet another setback at the Baba Yara Stadium as they were handed a 1-0 defeat by Dreams Football Club.

 

 

Abdul Aziz Issah scored with a well-taken setpiece to take all three points for last season’s MTN FA Cup champions.

At the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale, Hearts came from behind to salvage a point against Karela United.

Hamza Issah scored in his third successive game for the Phobians to ensure they came away with a point from Tamale while Richmond Ayi also made a stunning penalty save to deny Karela a win.

Defending league champions Medeama Sporting Club also recorded an emphatic win over Legon Cities at the El Wak Stadium.
