A second half strike from Adu Dwomoh aided King Faisal to record their second win of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season against Karela United on Wednesday afternoon.
King Faisal inflicted a painful 1-0 home defeat on Karela United in their match-week seven clash at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Aiyinase.
The first half of the game looked balanced as the output of the two teams couldn’t produce any goal despite the entertaining display.
On the 60th minute, Adu Dwomoh snatched the opener for King Faisal with a cool finish which eventually became the only goal to recorded in the fixture at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
Karela United looked dangerous in the last twenty minutes of the game but none of their efforts earned them a goal at home.
Karela United unbeaten home streak since last season has been ended by King Faisal in the match-week 7 of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
