Daddy Lumba, Ghana’s music superstar, takes a trip down memory lane as he tells the story behind his popular song “Theresa Abebrese.”
Daddy Lumba Breaking down his ‘Theresa song’ said that Theresa was quite nice to him. He stated she made his trip to Germany easier by paying 50% of his travel expenses to Germany.
He conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to Theresa and her family for their kindness to him at a time when he needed it the most.
Lumba stressed that when he considers the affection lavished on him by Theresa, he is compelled to draw inspiration from her nice act, therefore the song “Theresa.”
He revealed that they met in secondary school in the early eighties.
