At least fifty (50) students from Kumasi children’s home and King Jesus children’s home in the Ashanti region has benefited from Coding for Ghana computer programme.
This computer programme is part of Narrowlite international company limited annual programme they organise for students in Ashanti region.
Speaking to Media in an interview, The Chief executive officer CEO of Narrowlite international company *Mr.Kwame Adomako Sammuel* said technology is a major driver of development in the world and for Ghana to fully attain it’s digitalisation agenda,a lot of efforts should be made in ensuring practical technology education.
According to him this ICT education is a key priority and they are focused on giving the access to the cutting edge tools they need to excel. With digital skills, he can assure them that they will never lack jobs in the world. He emphasized;
Computer is playing a very important role in our economy, Now a day’s computers are mostly used in school,college, banks and offices etc. In all fields computer works very easily because today computer technology is excellent as compared to old computers, like speed and size due to which it reduces cost of labor and extra expenses. He said;
