Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Jeremie Frimpong was outstanding as Bayer Leverkusen defeated Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night.
The former Manchester City man assisted both goals as the Germans defeated the Spanish giants 2-0.

Frimpong assisted Andrich, who found the target to break the deadlock with just over five minutes remaining, and then the right back set up Diaby to seal the win with a counter-attacking second.

The 21-year-old was named man of the match.
Frimpong has committed to playing for the Netherlands ahead of Ghana and is patiently awaiting his debut call-up.
He previously played for Netherland U19, U20 and U21 teams.
Callum Hudson-Odoi, a former England youth international of Ghanaian descent, played well for Leverkusen.
