On the 4th of April, 2023, the Founder/President, Mr. Frederick Green and the National Executives of Spartans for NPP paid a courtesy call on the Presidential staffer/Research Coordinator, Mr. Micheal Nana Yaw Sarpong at the presidency and as a result of chance, had a brief but in-depth conversation with the Director of Operations, Dr. Lord Commey.

In the course of our first audience with the Presidential staffer/Research Coordinator, he commended the association for its unbending support to the ruling party (NPP) since the group’s establishment in 2020, touting at length the campaign works of the association.

The association’s strategic plans were momentarily discussed with him, for which he shared his brilliant thoughts on them, gave three (3) key thematic areas of which the group should focus on and encouraged the founder/president and the national executives to head up their efforts to seeing the objectives actualized to the greater good of all.

He also encouraged the group to have active think-tanks and build on its connections to mobilize resources to help in making “Breaking the Eight (8)” agenda materialized.

Being overwhelmed by the sacrifice made by the founder/president, especially in the area of financing the group’s activities since its establishment, he applauded his selfless spirit in this regard. Again, he took time to take the group through some historical events within the party and based on his experiences overseas and in Ghana to empower the national executives to invest their efforts in everything the association seeks to do.

His impression with the achievements of the group was climaxed by his personal decision to accept to be a patron to the group after the national coordinator’s proposal and thereby presenting a sincere bid for the success of the group.

The Director of Operations at the presidency, Dr. Lord Commey massaged time out of his busy schedule to have a short discussion with the group. He was excited to have finally met with the executives, cheered them on and availed his outfit to receive a visit application from the group.

We would like to use this same avenue to thank the aforementioned personalities at the presidency for making our visit meet an expected end.
