Nsuta Kwaman Beposo Constituents At Adum Blue-Light Receive Financial Support from MP.

The Member of Parliament for Nsuta Kwaman Beposo, Hon. Adelaide Yaa Agyeiwaa Ntim, has extended a helping hand to her constituents affected by the recent devastating fire outbreak at Adum Bluelight with a generous donation of GH₵60,000.

The donation, made on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, is aimed at supporting the traders who lost their properties and livelihoods during the tragic incident.

Speaking with her, Hon. Ntim described the gesture as a demonstration of her commitment to the welfare of her constituents.

“I don’t take the support from these traders for granted at all—these are people who travel all the way just to vote for me during elections,” she said.

“I won’t sit aloof when such an unfortunate incident has happened to them. Even though my party, the NPP, has already made a donation, I found it needful to personally support them to help them get back on their feet.”

She encouraged the affected traders not to lose hope and urged them to continue having faith in the New Patriotic Party. “Although we are in opposition, we still have your interest at heart,” she assured.

Hon. Ntim further called on her colleague Members of Parliament to emulate her gesture and offer direct support to their constituents in times of need. “I plead with other MPs to also extend a helping hand to their constituents who may be in similar situations,” she added.

This marks the second time Hon. Ntim has supported fire victims from her constituency. On January 11, 2025, she also made a donation to constituents at Kantamanto who suffered similar losses due to a fire outbreak.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the traders, Nana Badu, a leading member from the constituency and one of the affected traders, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the MP.

“We are very grateful to Hon. Adelaide Ntim. This donation has brought us some relief and hope as we work hard to rebuild our businesses,” he said.

The MP’s timely intervention has brought a sense of hope to many traders who are now beginning the process of recovery and rebuilding their livelihoods.
