The Member of Parliament for Sefwi Wiawso Constituency and also Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI), , Hon. Dr. Kwaku Afriyie has stated that, the country is better off with the NPP government.
According to him, if the Majority in Parliament are complaining about the work of the Finance Minister, it doesn’t mean they want him to be sacked.
He said that, although there is no money in the country, it does not mean Ken Ofori Atta should vacate his position.
He indicated that, the NPP government stands a greater chance ahead and will never lose the 2024 general elections.
He added that, the 2023 budget is a reset that will make Ghanaians forget that there was once hardship in the country.
