“Ghanaians Will Never Forgive Us If We Lose the Elections,” Chairman COKA Charges NPP Members

Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, a key member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), has strongly urged the party’s leaders and members to approach this year’s elections with the same seriousness as a World Cup competition.

He emphasized the importance of adopting a grassroots, house-to-house campaign strategy to secure victory in the 2024 general elections.

Speaking at a Health Walk event held in the Ejisu Constituency, Chairman COKA highlighted that the house-to-house approach will not only help party members connect with voters but will also provide an opportunity to understand their concerns and communicate the NPP’s achievements. He noted that this personalised method of engagement is critical for building trust among the electorate.

“Ghanaians will never forgive us if we lose these elections,” Chairman COKA warned, stressing the weight of the responsibility placed on the NPP to ensure that they retain power.

According to him, this year’s election is particularly significant, and all party members must take it seriously. “We need to approach this election like a World Cup – with determination and focus,” he said.

Chairman COKA further emphasised that the NPP’s success in the elections would rely heavily on the effectiveness of their grassroots strategy.

He called on all party members, from leaders to grassroots activists, to come together, work hard, and engage with the electorate to build a solid support base for a resounding victory.

With the 2024 elections fast approaching, Chairman COKA’s call to action serves as a rallying cry for the NPP to intensify their efforts and ensure success at the polls.
