The revelation came to light after she discovered that her partner had concealed his HIV-positive status throughout their five-year relationship.

Amid wedding preparations and mandatory medical tests, the truth emerged, thrusting her into a dilemma about the path she should take, considering their intertwined businesses, shared assets, and their envisioned life together.

A recent anonymous account shared with TV3 narrated the distressing predicament faced by a 40-year-old Ghanaian woman.
