Ghana Is Facing Hardship Because We Only Have Managers As Rules And Not Leaders – Apostle. Dr. Alex

The Lead Pastor and Founder of the Revival Restoration Centre (RRC) Assembly of God, Roman Ridge branch, Apostles. Dr. Alex Kweku Nkrumah, has said that Ghana only has managerial mindset leaders and not true patriotic leaders.

According to him, managerial leaders do not plan for the future and do not have a clear roadmap because they only follow already laid structures to manage the affairs of a country which in turn fail.

He said that the hardship in the country is a result of Ghanaians putting in position, managers as rulers of the country and not true leaders who are capable of steering the affairs of the country successfully towards the future.

He added that most people go into politics to enrich themselves which is not right.

He advised that most political parties should teach their members and executives to be patriotic, only focusing on making life easy for the normal Ghanaian when in position so that the nation be successful.
