Hearts Of Oak Sign DR Congo U20 Star Linda Mtange Don

The Phobians have strengthened their squad ahead of the 2022/23 season’s campaign with the acquisition of the talented attacking midfielder.

Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of Congolese international Linda Mtange for the upcoming season.

 

Mtange has joined the Phobians on a free transfer after a successful trial period with the club since last month.

The 20-year-old had his last stint at Congolese top-flight league outfit AS Dauphin Noir where he captained during their last season’s campaign.

His explosive performance at AS Dauphin Noir earned him a call-up to DR Congo U20 team in 2020 where he scored against Cameroon during the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualification round.

Hearts of Oak are expected to unleash the talented attacking midfielder in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season which will commence on September 9.

The Phobians have already secured the signature of Eric Ofori Antwi, Zakaria Yakubu, William Bumekpor, Junior Kaaba, Yassan Ouatching, Marvin Owusu, Prince Nana Kwasi Darmang and Konadu Yiadom for the upcoming season.
