‘You’re A Dispressed Failure’ – Renowned Broadcaster Dragged For Calling Bawumia ‘Ofui’

Former Broadcast Journalist with Despite Media Fiifi Banson has been dragged on social media for calling Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia “Ofui like that”.

Several pro-New Patriotic Party(NPP) members have taken to social media to lambast Mr. Banson for the comments suggesting he is bitter about his “failed” career in journalism.

The former ace journalist passed the “Ofui” comment under a post by an opposition social media activist about comments passed by Hon. Kennedy Agyapong against the Vice President’s economic management strategy.

In a comment, Fiifi Banson wrote: “He (Bawumia) said he put his life on for pp in 2012. don’t know what Bj da Rocha dems too go talk. …ofui like that”

In response, Fiifi Banson is alleged to have said his phone was hacked hence the comment but NPP social media users are not accepting the excuse.

“It’s obvious Fiifi is depressed out of his dead career. He has never been the same since he left Despite Multimedia. He wanted to be like Sefa Kayi and it didn’t work. He later wanted to be like KSM and that too failed. Now his last hope is getting on the campaign with NDC to make good use of age left . It pains to be a sucker . It’s pains to move from grace to grass . We are with Fiifi Banson in prayers . That’s what he needs the most . Prayers !!!” An activist wrote.

“I have been told Fiifi Banson has been a f**l right from preparatory school. I now appreciate why his age is immaterial to his conduct. One would expect some level of decency from a 50-year-old but a f**l from childhood would remain a f**l even at 50” a Staffer in Bawumia’s office wrote in response.

Fiifi Banson this is very unfortunate and disappointing coming from you. You should be ashamed of yourself for passing such a ludicrous comment against the Vice President.
