A former Ghanaian football Star, Kwadwo Asamoah has teamed up with prominent agent Oliver Arthur to establish an academy and construct a mini-stadium in Accra as he embarks on a new career as a football agent after retiring from active football.

Asamoah ended his playing career with an impressive record, having won a total of 13 trophies and made 279 Serie A appearances, 250 of which he started.

He recorded 12 goals and 24 assists during this time, and holds the record for the African player with the most appearances in the Italian Serie A while playing for Udinese, Juventus, Inter Milan, and Cagliari.

Additionally, he made 32 UEFA Champions League and 16 Europa League appearances, as well as 17 Coppa Italia matches. Asamoah, who played for the Ghana national team 71 times and scored four goals, joined Juventus in June 2012 for a fee of 18 million Euros, which was considered significant at the time and made him one of the most expensive African players.

Asamoah, who began his career at Asokwa Deportivo before moving on to Liberty Professionals and then to Italy, understands what it takes to realize one’s ambitions through initiatives such as an academy. He plans to use his connections to assist youngsters who aspire to play football at the highest level.
